Overview
This Refund and Return Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for consultations, services, programs, and products provided by Dr. Babak Clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been delivered, regardless of format or outcome.
If a consultation is cancelled by the clinic for operational or medical reasons, the patient will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund.
Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Programs and Services
Fees paid for programs or bundled services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced or clinical resources have been allocated.
In limited cases, partial refunds may be considered if services have not yet started, at the clinic’s discretion and in accordance with UAE regulations.
Products and Returns
Products may be eligible for return only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging, subject to health and safety regulations.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Billing Errors
In the event of a verified billing error or duplicate charge, the clinic will review and correct the issue promptly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may require additional time depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
